Good Afternoon, I would just like to put in writing to the clinic how thrilled I am to be looked after so well during my over night stay here whilst on holiday. I forwarded on some chocolates and a card with the doctor that came to do my hotel visit a couple of days ago. Every staff member that dealt with me in some way or another is a credit to the clinic and I couldn't thank each and every one of you enough. Warmest regards
Dear Dr Michaelides and team, I'm writing on behalf of my mother and me to thank you again for all you have done for my father, Karl Heinz Alfs, at the Santa Marina Polyclinic and to send you an update. My father has now been released from the intensive care unit and is at the rehabilitation clinic. Thanks to your early intervention and excellent care, he is in as good condition as possible after a stroke. Both the University Clinic in Freiburg and the Reha Clinic in Elzach have commented on the excellent care he received from you. He is able to speak clearly, but not able to walk at the moment. We hope this will improve over the next weeks. Thank you again to the whole team!
